Nokia G11 Plus Detailed Description:

Design.

The Nokia G11 Plus is a decent size. Its dimensions of 164.8 x 75.9 x 8.6 mm are just what you would expect from the average smartphone. It weighs 192g, which means it’s far from hefty.

That’s not to say it’s ugly. The back looks quite professional. A wave-style texture on the back feels nice to the touch but doesn’t affect the grip in the slightest. On the back of the phone is its two-lens camera system. The lenses don’t stick out much, which is a convenient touch when seeking a robustly made phone. At the front there is a notch which represents the selfie camera. The right hand side of the smartphone there are volume buttons and a power button.

Display.

  • 6.5-inch IPS LCD
  • 720 x 1600 resolution
  • 90Hz refresh rates, 400 nits (typ)

The star of the show for the Nokia G11 Plus is its display. While much of the phone is standard stuff, its 6.5-inch display offers a delightful 90Hz refresh rate like that of Redmi Note 11S 8GB. The display makes browsing a quicker and nicer experience. Similar to the primary Nokia G11, the Nokia G11 Plus screen looks fine in reasonable lighting but once you take it somewhere bright, it struggles until you tweak some settings.

Camera.

  • 50MP + 2MP rear camera
  • 8MP selfie camera
  • Limited options

Taking photos with the Nokia G11 Plus is fine on many fun options. The phone has two lenses on the back, including its main 50MP camera and a 2MP one for depth. On the front is a 8MP selfie camera. For capturing beautiful, shareable content, day or night, you get a 50MP camera assisted by AI technology. The Super Night algorithms mode will make sure details are clear in the darkest hours of the day.

Software and Performance.

The device is powered by the Unisoc T606 Octa-core processor while the GPU is Mali-G57 MP1, making it very fast and decent for gaming. It has a Cortex Octa-core 1.6GHz CPU paired with a Mali G57 MP1 GPU, with storage options of 4GB for 64GB for ROM. It also comes with a dedicated expandable memory option, which is a plus. Running the latest stock Android 12, the performance feels very fast and premium. No lags or slow transitions on this one. Everything feels fast, fluid, and rich in color.
